For three weeks, you’ll follow a curated schedule of Assembly’s signature classes, all thoughtfully programmed to balance challenge with recovery. Each day has a clear focus, making it simple to stay on track whether you’re working out from home or on the go. We'll drop a new week of classes, recipes and more each Monday between September 8 - September 28.

The Fall Reset is about more than just movement—it’s about creating small, sustainable rituals that add up to big shifts in how you feel. With structure, accountability, and support from the Assembly community, you’ll move with purpose and finish the challenge feeling grounded, energized, and reset for the season ahead.
