Tessa has spent over a decade teaching yoga, barre and pilates. but, her fitness career really took off at Flywheel Sports, where she became one of the most in-demand barre instructors in Washington, DC. During her time at Flywheel, she became the lead instructor of FlyBarre DC and helped recruit and train barre instructors in the region.
Tessa’s signature brand of motivation will invite you to push yourself on your own terms; to find your inner strength and emerge a better version of yourself.
