For three weeks, you’ll follow a curated schedule of Assembly’s signature classes, all thoughtfully programmed to balance challenge with recovery. Each day has a clear focus, making it simple to stay on track whether you’re working out from home or on the go. We'll drop a new week of classes, recipes and more each Monday between September 8 - September 28.
The Fall Reset is about more than just movement—it’s about creating small, sustainable rituals that add up to big shifts in how you feel.
